Patients have the right to notify the pharmacy regarding any patient dissatisfaction.
Patients may file a complaint or grievance directly with the Pharmacy Manager at email@example.com or by calling 877-706-9911. Patients may leave a message after hours and Propel Pharmacy will return the call within 24 hours.
Propel Pharmacy will begin to review the patient’s complaint or grievance within 72 hours.
Within 14 days after the notification of the patient’s complaint or grievance, Propel Pharmacy will notify the patient via phone or email with the resolution.
